Saint John Walker is Programme Leader for Postgraduate Media at the University of Hertfordshire, UK.
Previously Saint was Dean and Director of Industry Engagement at the UK’s Escape Studios.
Saint is the author of the well-respected Core Skills of VFX Handbook and Student Primer, a free resource for students and teachers, written with contributions from over 60 VFX professionals and supported by the UK Screen Alliance.
Saint is also the convenor, designer and chair of the popular Industry panels at the London International Animation Festival each year.
In 2020, Saint became a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA). He is also an active member of Access:VFX, the global organisation promoting access and diversity.
