Simon Davies is a Talent Acquisition Leader with over 15 years of experience shaping recruitment strategies in the fast-paced worlds of VFX, Animation, Games, and Immersive Media. Throughout his career, Simon has partnered with some of the industry’s most influential studios, including Industrial Light & Magic (ILM), King, DNEG, PXO and most recently Scanline VFX / Eyeline Studios, where he led the EMEA & Emerging Territories Recruiting Team.
As a speaker at FMX, THU, Annecy and other international events, Simon is widely recognised for his ability to bridge the gap between world-class talent and cutting-edge creative technology studios.
