Keeping the Artist in the Loop: From Lab to Storytelling

Masha Shuy is a Senior Research Scientist and lead of the Creative and Applied AI Tools (CAAT) group at NVIDIA, where she is focusing on inventing new ways to incorporate the real world into digital workflows across applications. She defended her PhD at the University of Toronto, and Masters at MIT, and has also worked as a Research Engineer at Adobe and Google. Masha's core research interest is evolving emerging technologies to work in the interactive loop, enhancing rather than replacing human creativity.
