Faik Karaoglu is Executive Vice President Branded Business Group and Creative Business of Wacom worldwide since 2017. In his role Faik Karaoglu is overseeing all products and services branded ‘Wacom’ which are serving the creative community globally. Focus of his work is the convergence of Innovation, Technology and Value Propositions which are addressing the workflow of the Creatives today and in the future.

Faik has started as Senior Vice President for Platforms and Applications at Wacom in 2015, where he implemented the software and services business for Wacom.

He has joined Wacom from Deutsche Telekom AG, where he served as Vice President for Cloud Services. Prior to his career at Deutsche Telekom AG, he had worked for British Telekom, T-Online, NetCologne and Lufthansa. 

In summary Faik has more than 25 years’ experience in building new products and services and introducing them to the market. Always driven by innovations to disrupt and lead the market, he was the entrepreneur and innovator within the organization. Global leadership skills with a broad variety of skills, specialized in innovative and business orientated market entries. He is a business-driven leader with an ability to perform in challenging environments.

Faik received a degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the University of Cologne in Germany, as well as an Executive Master of Business Administration in Innovation and Business Creation from the Technical University of Munich and University of California, Berkeley. Currently he is part of the doctoral program at the Bocconi University in Milano / Italy and writing his doctoral thesis.
