Fabrizio Arzani, Escape Studios
18 October from 9.00 to 16.15 – Sala Giolitti
Participants will be shown how to create a photo with realistic shot from a photographic still, using the alignment of geometry and cameras to a backplate and then mapping via the camera’s perspective. Camera mapping is an effective way to create an animated shot without spending lots of time modelling – frequently used in film, commercials and broadcast television.
Escape Studios’ tutor, Fabrizio Arzani will provide participants with a photo from Escape’s own collection and take them through each of the camera mapping steps required to convert it into their own animated shot.
He will also discuss the simple means by which they can vary the elements within the shot and introduce new elements. By the end of the workshop, participants will know how to create animated shots of everything from their own home to world famous landmarks.
